Kids need exercise as much as adults, but it can sometimes be difficult to keep your kids active, especially when they get off the school routine and sitting on the couch becomes much more appealing. According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), children need at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise daily! Most schools provide about 30-45 minutes of recess per day. It's recommended that children include aerobic, muscle-strengthening, and bone-strengthening exercise 3 days a week. I know it can be difficult to get your kids off the couch, but jumping can be a way to keep your kids active during spring break!
So why jumping you ask?
Well, not all kids like playing outside, but don't despair! There are plenty of indoor recreational options, like our indoor trampoline park, Flip Factory Zone! Jumping can provide aerobic and bone-strengthening exercises that are beneficial for children's' health. Children also get to achieve this without having to spend too much time in the crazy North Central Florida Weather.
Flip Factory offers more than just jumping. We also have a 2 story Laser Tag arena, an 18-element Ropes Course, a full arcade, Virtual Reality Simulator and many more attractions that are coming soon!
